Resistance Plus Exercise Bike Workout
Add some resistance... Push on something...
Get off the bike at the fast intervals and work with dumbbells.



Work in shoulder and upper body exercises to balance the work done by your legs as you ride.
You pick the exercises, but choose arm curls and presses for sure. Combine some side arm raises too and maybe mix in a few push ups for good measure.
Combine resistance exercises with an exercise bike workout and you'll make fast progress.
That way you build muscle as you burn calories and you become a fat burning machine...
