The Schwinn 201 Recumbent Exercise Bike - What Many of Those Owners Think
The Schwinn
201 Recumbent Exercise Bike
is an older model that may still be available. It's a solid performer
judging from owner feedback. And since it's older, there are a ton of
feedbacks. It gets high marks for comfort and durability.
This bike doesn't match the features of the Schwinn 230 or the
model
231, but it's highly rated. Could be you could find a deal on this
older model too. Might be worth a look, but I suggest you look at the Schwinn
231 too.
Schwinn 201 Features

"Overall:
Very
useful adjunct to regular outdoors training. NOT a true ergometer but
good for simple evaluations of one's cardio and strength fitness
levels. Fair price but questionable long term durability." An owner on
Amazon.
"I've had my Schwinn 201 for a little over a year now, and I am very satisfied with it. I ride it an average of 5 hours per week, and it is still going strong. My previous bike burned up 2 sets of bearings in a little under 4 months." also from Amazon. |
An older model with lots of feedback and most of it good shows you something. You're getting long-term feedback that's solid and positive. This machine has held up well for the many owners.
